Refund and Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you're not certain you want a puppy from us, please do not send a deposit. To reserve a puppy we do require a deposit. Once we have committed to you a puppy we tell others that it is no longer available. Therefore if you change your mind, you leave us high and dry looking for a new home for the puppy. 

If for any reason, the puppy becomes unfit to sell, then the purchaser agrees that the seller has the right to refund the amount paid and agreements between the purchaser and seller are void. All agreements must be in writing to protect both the purchaser and seller. We CAN NOT sell a puppy to anyone who doesn't sign, date and return our purchase agreement and non-refundable deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! We accept cash, Zelle or Venmo for deposit. The rest is paid in cash, Zelle or Venmo at time of pick-up. Our  puppies must be picked up between 8 & 10 weeks of age. If not possible, Hundred Oaks Puppies will charge you an additional $20 per day to board your pup.
